We are clearing out an attic at the moment and here are a couple of things we found. The stamp mark on the jug and sugar bowl doesn't seem to be the same as the ones online. any help would be appreciated. the record player is a Bush with a 210 garrard turntable and the large brandy glass is a pinkish colour. thank you

It won't be worth a fortune but there are collectors of old record players and that one seems in reasonable condition.

Thanks for your reply :). It looks in good condition but there is an unusual 2 pin plug on the record player so I haven't tried it to see if it works. I will change the plug and post if it works or not....its probably only good for parts

The physical condition is more important than whether it works or not.
A collector would, i expect, know how to check and replace any faulty components and usually it costs no more than a few Euro to do so.

this is a wooden carved barrel with 12 wooden mugs on a rotating stand. Has anyone any idea where it was made? there are no makers marks on it. Thanks

peggysue, I merged your three threads to tidy up a bit. It is not necessary to start a new thread for each new item so you can consider this your own thread to post more items. Let me know if you want a different thread title.

It *looks* like a mass-market tourist piece from Germany or Austria..this si only a guess but its certainly not much older than 1980's or so.
