Sky "Eye" not working

    The eye on my sky plus box stopped working earlier today. Any ideas how to fix this? I've got a sky plus box its around 3-4 years old btw.

    Is the light still on?

    Try switching the power off and disconnect all connectors and reconnect.

    Yeah the light is still on. I disconnected and reconnected all the connectors earlier on today and still no joy

    Presumably you checked that the remote is still working?

    Yep I now have to point the remote and the sky box instead of the sky eye to change channels.

    presume you have checked it is still enabled in the menu?

    Also try move it right beside box and see if it works with nothing else connected.
