Not 100% if this is the best place but here goes!
Just after getting a cast off the wrist for 6 weeks. What exercise is a big no-go and what would be the best exercises for strengthening it back up again? Would swimming be adviseable?
    Any help is appreciated thanks!

Did you not see a physio in the hospital?

No the doc said I would not need physio on it as I am quite young so I'm left confused!

Do you mind me asking which hospital you attended?

Do you have the full range of motion in it?

You should probably see a physio privately to get some management advice.

    I attended Limerick Regional.
I have full rang movement but pain does develop after 20-30 minutes of use. Maybe less depending on the strength needed. Thank you will look into seeing physio.
