Lowering Springs

    I have a 02 Audi and i was just wondering will it pass the nct on 40mm FK lowering springs it already failed on cut springs and dont want it to fail again

    It depends on of the setup is safe.

    -Not bottoming out
    -Spring not loose
    -No danger or evidence of tyre contact with anything.
    -Tracking is correct and safe

    On a side note a spax kit or many others for 200stg more than springs alone and its a better setup in handling terms.

    Kyb also worth a look if you want adjustable dampers.

    It should pass without any trouble. Only problem could be whether or not you changed the shocks since you removed the cut springs, if there was a lot cut off the springs the shock would have been bottoming out and would be ****ed now. If there was just a small bit cut off the springs the shocks should be fine
