    1. The Mother did not belt the Child in correctly.
    2. She did not have insurance.
    3. She lost concentration driving and. "momentary lapse in concentration"

    yes the Child needs every support that can be given. Does the money go to the family?

    I suppose we are no Saints,, I don't think the mother wanted this for her child.. But her actions before the accident (not having the car insured, not strapping on the child correctly) does not shine a good light.

    Do how is the 11.5 million euros spent... Is it given to the family?
