    On Leinster website:
    5. Age Changes 2009-10

    Secondary School

    1st Year - U14 - 1st January 1996

    2nd Year - U15 - 1st January 1995

    3rd Year JCT - U16 - 1st January 1994

    4th Year JCT - U16 - 1st July 1994

    4th Year TY - U17 - 1st January 1993

    5th Year SCT - U18 - 1st January 1992

    6th Year SCT - U19 - 1st January 1991

So adding 3 years to those, the cut off for a 4th Year JCT player should be 1st July 1997. So you should be fine.

Though it baffles me why you'd need to ask this on the internet rather than in your school.
