question to do with flightradar

    am useing flightradar,but on the clock on the top r/h time says say 17.30 utc but in fact my time is 18.30,does that mean that the flights i am tracking,is an hour gone from o/h dublin am i missing something,and yes i did reinstall ,

    1730 UTC = 1830 local time during "summer time". In winter we revert to UTC as local time.

    UTC doesnt change with the seasons

    Utc , zulu time and GMT are all the one , all flight plans are filled in gmt or UTC , all times relating to a/c flights are specified in UTC
