Hi, I'm 19 5ft 6 and about 10 stone 8, seriously unhappy with my weight.
I want to get to around 9 stone 10, not particularly fast or anything as I want to maintain it. I've probably posted here before ages ago but I just want this as a fresh start,

    What I'm thinking is:

Breakfast: Scrambled eggs - 2 whole eggs and milk
snack: 200g sugar free baked beans
lunch: apple and banana and strawberries,
snack: 2 squares dark choc and a glass of milk.
dinner: chicken and veg stirfry on bed of beansprouts, lasagne with aubergine, omelette and sweet potato wedges, could vary.

i read a lot here and i know a lot of people advocate a high protein diet, but i need to try not to restrict as much as possible, also the snacks are necessary as i'm trying to recover for binge eating disorder. i was just wondering if anyone has any input on it regarding weight loss? and sustainability? i feel like i could sustain it, i have the choc in so i wont feel deprived and i enjoy all of the foods.

so, thanks for reading if you have and any advice is greatly appreciated!

I'm not an expert or anything close but it seems to me that there aren't a lot of calories in that plan and if I was eating a lunch like that, I'd be ravenous for the rest of the afternoon! Have you worked out the calories (using fitday.com or myfitnesspal for example)?

Your breakfast, snack and dinner seem ok to me but I'd have a lunch with some protein and vegetables in it. Maybe chicken salad or something like that? I sometimes make double when I'm cooking dinner and bring in a portion for my lunch the following day - things like chilli with lots of veg, stir fry chicken/beef + veg, salmon and green salad.

Hi, thanks a mil for the reply!
yeah it looks a bit little but on my fitnesspal it comes up as about 1200 which is what myfitnesspal says to have anyway, so should be ok.
i might switch it up to having a chicken salad or something though yeah to reduce a bit of the carbs, and yeah that's a good idea about double dinner aswell to portion it out for lunch. Thanks!
