Make money from water

Everywhere in the news at the moment is the upcoming water charges from 2014 onwards. With water charges in place there will probably be a huge increase in people collecting and utilising rainwater for their homes and businesses.

My question is how would you go about investing in such products? Or is there any way of making money as an outsider with a hunch that there will be increased demand for such products/services.

    Thanks

I remember Mark Shipman on the Late Late Show years ago making the same point, water, worldwide, would be scarce, good time to invest etc. He recommended shares in Heineken, which has a water division. I don't believe Heineken shares are thriving because of water.
