Ok so I've recently , 14 days ago, started a low carb (ish) diet. Basically im trying to eat much healthier ! I'm now finding that I'm quite bloated and VERY constipated ! Is taking fibrogel or something similar my answer or am I missing something major from my diet? Here's the stats :
    I'm 27
    5'4
    Female
Weight 67 kg. - I'd like to be 58 kg really

My old diet was basically crap, no veg as I hated it but am now trying to overcome this. Loadsa crisps and bad carbs with every meal.

    New diet :

    Monday to Friday
    Breakfast @ 7:45
30 grams of flavans quick oats microwaved with whole milk and tsp of honey and handful of blueberries and raspberries thrown in.

8:30 Mug of tea with splash of whole milk

10:30 Snack of 2 pieces of mini baby bell light

12:30 Lunch. 2 slices of Ham, boiled at home myself, with baby leaf spinach and lettuce salad. Table spoon of home made honey mustard dressing - mayo Dijon mustard white wine vinager olive oil salt pepper & honey.
And packet of tayto velvet crunch -83 cal (I know crisps are s**te but I'd sell my granny for a packet after few days without them !!!)

4:30 Snack : another slice of ham or couple of slices of salami with small bit of humas. Sometimes followed by few spoons of sugar free jelly or spoon of peanut butter if the sugar craving hits.

6:30/7 pm Dinner : One of these -

Stir fried turkey breast steak in coconut oil with carrot spring onion garlic red onion bean sprouts with dash of low salt soy sauce and honey .

Sweet potato baked with cottage cheese and baked beans ( if I'm in a rush or just lazy )

Grilled Chicken breast stuffed with philidelphia or cottage cheese with sweet potato mash and roast carrots parsnips and cherry tomatoes.

2 eggs scrambled with smidge of butter and 2 turkey rashers

I'm planning on trying the cauliflower rice to extend my options for dinner but haven't got round to it yet - maybe due to my irrational childhood hatred of cauliflower!

I drink 750ml of water during the day but as I'm driving all day I have to wait untill I get home to up my water intake as I don't always have easy access to toilets. So at home I drink 3 or 4 pints of orange squash.

Weekends replace breakfast with Scrambled eggs and 2 bacon rashers and I try to stick to the rest as best I can if I'm out and about ie. salad for lunch and steak or meat of some type for dinner, no pasta or white potatoes. few bottles of coors light then on a Friday or Saturday when I'm out .

Exercise up till now has been limited but last few days I've walked 7k in the evening and hope to up this to jogging soon ( well try to ) or cycling if not raining.

Phew ! Sorry for being a bit long winded But any advice would be appreciated

You should prob up your water intake to about 2L, low carb diets mean you'll have to urinate more.

I was thinking its just water I needed from reading different threads here but as I can only drink small amount during the day and have the rest after 6 pm I was wondering if there's something I can add to my earlier meals that would help.
