    Might be the wrong place

How would I go about getting a smart card made to do a specife job. I want the card to store money in the form of credit and I want it to work on a cash register

What type of qualified people would I need??

You could use a gift card service provider and let other people worry about the infrastructure etc...

Fexco and the like provide it along with many others.
