I better start a thread rahter than keep plugging my show!!! :)

So whose gonna win the Road Relays on Sunday?

Will Linda Byrne bring the title southside?
will Rathfarnham take the men's title for the first time since 2005?
Can Ennis Track cause a shock?

Or will Raheny continue there near perfect domination?

All shall be revealed Sunday from 2!!!

I have a feeling Kilcoole AC won't retain their womens title anyway!

As for the mens, I thought Clonliffe would get a look in after having two individual medalists in the National XC but presumably one week after a marathon Sergiu won't be there, and Gary OH still has a stress fracture I think.

I reckon Raheny will win again.

Ennis track ladies have been doing very well all season, i'd expect them to go close.

I heard Ennis Track were away at a warm weather training camp for 10 days training specifically for the Road Relays. Obviously very motivated for a good performance in Raheny this weekend.

As far as I know, both Fionnuala and Una Britton have commitments elsewhere this weekend, so that most lightly rules out the Kilcoole women anyways.

Una Britton at the National Universities on friday?

I'll be there in attendance. Live 2 mins away and it'll be nice to see the local lads take the silverware again, even if Richie Corcoran won't be running, unfortunately.

Probably a silly question, but are the results online anywhere?

Not on AAI anyway. They haven't even posted the National 10k results yet. It's brutal.

Maria McCambridge Above put in some run, to make up 3-4 places for Letterkenny in her 2 mile leg, anyone know her time?

    Sorry see it now...10:33

Great run from her! That's an impressive return to racing after running Rome under a month ago.

Results are now up on AAI website. Men's race looked like an absolute cracker. How evenly matched can two teams be? Would loved to have seen that one.
