    2. We already have a thread on this.

    3. They owned loads of properties, which they rented and leased out, would they allow their renters to stay if they weren't paying rent?

    And Finally, he was an accountant, he should know the fine print, and that if he doesn't pay he gets turfed out. This isn't Anglo's fault, it's his. These aren't first time buyers, they are business people who failed in business while using their home as collateral.

    Am I the only person that agrees with the bank these days? If someone signs a contract and up their house up to secure it, it is only right that they get kicked out if they don't fulfil the contract regardless of any circumstances. If this didn't happen contracts would be worth nothing in the first place.

    I know what your saying there about contracts etc but it could have been done in a much better way then just drag them out like that.
