Yes Yes I do not that these are bad for you but I do go to the gym reguarly and do not abuse taking them! I have lost over 2 stone now tough and I just feel I have got to the stage where I am stuck and cant shift anything. I am still over weight by 2 stone. Can anyone help? Any body buliders out there secretly sell these or anything stronger ?
