AIB LASER/MAESTRO

I apologize if this is mentioned somewhere already but its kind of urgent and i havent got time to trawl through old threads etc.

Im applying for my cao and it requires a CVN number?

i have an AIB MAESTRO/LASER card

19 digits on front

and 7 on back (4 digits then a space then 3) are those last 3 digits the CVN number? i Was told that AIB cards dont even have a cvn number?

Use 000 as default or the last 3 digits on the back of the card.

use the last 3 digits, I have the same type card with AIB, and use these all the time

this is kind of going off the op but can you use your card to make online purchases? ie outside of ireland

ive read online some very conflicting answers about some people who can and other who cantr

im going to assume that 3 digit code is the CVN number in future?

and is the CVN code the same as the CVV one?

Its not really CV number its more of just a security verification type code.

CVV / CVN are basically the same thing, i.e. credit card verification value / card verification number.

i use my laser for a few betting sites, not sure if i've bought anything online with it, you should just try it!
