We were just trying to amend our details on our eircom Telephone Service Agreement.

The paperwork sent out to us says that we should visit : http://www.eircom.ie/TelephoneAmendmentsForm

The form works, but when you click submit it gives you a 404 page not found error. So, I don't know if the form was submitted or not.

Any chance you could look into it and send a message to whoever manages www.eircom.ie

    Hi Solair,

I have tried to go through the same path as yourself and have gotten the same error on our end. I have already addressed this with our online team so it should be sorted soon. In the meantime, whatever it is that you need to change, I can do it for you. PM with the amendments and I'll get it done instead.

    Regards
