Interview/Assessment for mature students? (social work course)

I wonder if someone can help me with a question. I have applied for a Social Work degree as a mature student, the chances of getting a place is extremely slim, I think I stand a better chance of winning the lotto, however, I am anxious as to what the interview or assesment is like, what kind of questions are asked? How long does it go on for?

    regards
    Anna

I just cam here to say that your post was quite possibly the biggest bump to a thread I've ever seen, check the first post, this thread was started in 2005!

I think my question bears no relevance to time, its still a valid question.

I think he meant that a lot of people won't see your post here, they'll click onto the first page or two and not realise there's a newer, unrelated post at the end. I can't answer your question, I'm afraid, but maybe you'd get info by starting a new thread or searching the forum for the course title (pretty sure I've seen Social Work threads before) :)

    Hi

I've split your question into its own independent thread. It will hopefully receive more (relevant) attention now.
