WrestleReunion Founder Sal Corrente announced today that the company will cease running any future events for the time being. Corrente cited disappointing attendance for their recent events as the reason for the decision.

I went to my first WrestleReunion in Miami and it was brilliant.. Disappointed about this.. Hopefully they'll continue to have something like it in the cities where WrestleMania's are held...

Yeah I went while in Miami.. It was great, nice and relaxed compared to AXXESS. You just walk around and meet people as much as you want with no rush.

I'll get you some photos now.

What was wrong with them did they just not want to be there, hate when that happens. Soundest I met were L.A.X , Doug Williams & I won't hear a bad word about Kurt Angle.

Roddy Piper by a mile... He stood up for the whole thing and was asking me questions about Ireland and thanked me for coming to meet him and then my girlfriend walked up and he kissed her on the forehead.

Jerry The kING Lawler, Otunga, HBK, Tyson Kidd, Kevin Nash, Lex Luger, Honky tonk man were all really nice..

Everyone was nice really.. I met Jericho in Dublin and he wouldnt give me an autograph so I wouldnt leave him alone.. ALberto Del Rio just wasnt bothered.. Everyone else though all nice people.

I think both Hardy's could of been on something at that TNA show.. They were both on another planet but Jeff was nice. Matt was odd.

Those photos are awesome. Could you understand what Ahmed Jackson? And how does he feel about being the last ever ECW champion?

I heard the downfall of Sal was that he didnt have a darts background as a promoter.

I was probably directly accross from you at the TNA show . Yea Matt was in band humour , Jeff was in good form he even sent a voicemail to a friend of mines sister who could'nt make it and was talking about Slipknot etc. It seems Storm/Roode/Kaz were in better form on your side . All 3 were moody

Great photos ciano. Del rio did look like a ****. What was Ricardo like?

Btw you look as though you lost a ton of weight between the different sets of photos. Well done on that.

I don't mean to sound harsh dude but that's a bit dodge! I mean looking at your pictures you met him in Subway - they don't really wanna be harassed!

And I thoguht alberto looked awesome in the pic - smug little git! :pac: unfortuinate that at a signing he couldn't be arsed - that's not really on!

Went to one in Atlanta, It was pretty good but any regular at wrestling shows will have met a lot of the guys already,They tend to often use the same guys which doesnt bode well for repeat business and when they run during Wrestlemania weekend they can't attract many of the top stars due to WWE snapping up the likes of Harley Race,Ted DiBiase also they sometimes go for obscure people that there isn't alot of money in such Eg: Nitro Girl Spice.

Another thing and I may be wrong on this is alot of the attendees seem to be quite young and there knowledge probably goes back to the early 90's or the late 80's at best so some of the guys on the shows are a bit obscure for the casual fan

That said it's sad to see them go as I saw Sal Corrente at the hotel in Miami while waiting for Dragongate and he took the time to say hello to everyone and seemed like a nice guy

Del Rio just didnt seem like he wanted to be there and we were all getting rushed because Axxess was nearly over.. Ricardo was still having the laugh though..

Yeah TNA was about 2 years after I left football and had gained a bunch of weight.. Decided to get rid of it all this year so nice one for that. ;)

I would of thought considering I was wearing a WWE t shirt and there was only 3 of us that Jericho wouldn't have a problem giving us an autograph or a photo but he just kept walking when we asked so we were going that way and I said any chance of an autograph and he started signing cause I had the pen out.. Didn't follow him home and climb in his window or anything. If it had of been a day earlier I would of had his shirt on as well. I'm a huge Jericho fan btw

Forgot to add the I wouldn't leave him alone was a joke.. Shouldn't take me so serious my friend

I think they all came out in a bad humor because when they came out for the signing through the curtain I think they were expecting us to go nuts like the americans would but we were all calm and that had them in a WTF are we doing here mood.

    Great pics Ciano.

Have to say that my heart sank when I saw how skinny and frail Lex Luger looked.

I think everyone I've shown the photos to has said the same thing.. It's a shocking change and he walks with a cane now.

Is that what he had? Didn't know that. He was very very nice as well. He was very chatty unlike others.
