    Few questions:
    1. is it likely to be hand brake cable adjustment only for parking brake fail?
    2. Guy at NCT said that lambda fail is probably related to leaking exhaust, and that patching it should sort the problem. Is it true?
    3. Just noticed that high idle is 770rpm!!! Do they type it in manually, if so I believe it is a typo, wondering if there are any other typos...

Ignore the bottom part of the picture, please, I will fill screen washer bottle next time, and tires are to be changed anyway. Thanks for any advice.

Just to bump this one. I already know that lambda fail is related to exhaust, and it should pass no problem after fixing, the same with parking brake - slight adjustment will do the job (discs and pads are new, and service brake results show no problems).
Still can't understand why high idle is 770rpm? Does anyone know how is it calculated? Last time i tested this car it was 740rpm(low idle), and 2990rpm(high idle).

id say your low idle speed was recorded and then further emissions tests werent carried out because of the fact that the exhaust was leaking so the tester put the same value in for both because a re test was always going to be neccessary and there was no point continuing on with a high idle test when a fail was already secured.

Didn't think about this. But do they spot leaking exhaust straight away? Hope mine isn't that bad, that he didn't have to have a look to notice that. There is some nice, sporty sound coming from around the middle box, i would have to fix it anyway, but didn't think it was that bad. Anyway not bad result for 12 years old french car, so hoping to have it sorted cheaply and have another year of happy motoring...

One of my cars failed for the parking brake the other week. It turned out that a spring had come loose on one of the shoes on that side. Most likely not a major issue.

My car has brake discs in the back, some difference there, but it is minor issue as you said. I wouldn't even notice, didn't do any handbrake turns lately (if i did, i would very likely fail big time...).
