Which are best, value for money, and where to get them?

Have seen a few reviews for Cisa Astral, Era, Uap, Yale, Zentry, and the one that looks the best to me Abs Avolet.

Is it worth paying 3-4 times the price difference when they all say they do the same, any views?

Would need 6 so big difference in price.

    Thanks.

    Hi Paddy
had a quick look at their page, all very technical, wide range but no prices.

What are they like price wise and do they sell to the public.

Would you have a preference of make, what you got on yours?:D

Have you got a make you might recommend, heard good word about?
Another poster on another thread went to the bother of getting what he thought were the best on the market, well Known make and then found on YT that there was a tool that could be bought to open them.

What I'm looking for is info from the trade that make 1 is easy, never had to replace make 4.

The lads who break them know how to so no lessons will be learnt here, good brands that you haven't seen broken.

the abs are the best in the market. they have the tamper locks which make them stand out. but; if you were banging at the lock area they can set off and are a nightmare to get out then. but i have them myself and 35 stg each ain't half bad really

I put the Abs in recently too. A family friend is a locksmith and that was what he recommended. I think I paid €55 per lock.

I have a "Union" front door lock - it's the type that you put your key into and then you have to turn it 'round 3 times to open it. Can this be bumped?

    It can be drilled.

Bumping very easy on euro cylinder types.

Dead lock is harder to get past.
