Co2 emission help please.

    Can anybody help me please with this problem. I bought a Vauxhall Combo 1700 CDTI and it has to go for VRT tomorrow, I didn't realize that on the V5 form the O2 Emission is not printed, so now I ask for help if anybody knows. Its a 1.3 2007 and also may I ask does anybody know how much it will cost to change the plates on this van type.:confused:&:o

    But the vrt isn't emissions based on vans

    Vrt should be €1500 ish

    Thanks Colm but when I rang for the appointment, the girl said I'd need to show the CO2 emissions on the log book or if it wasn't on it(which it's not) I'd have to print it off the internet ??? Do you know is this right or not? And would you know a website where I could find it please?

    Yeah she did. She asked what type it was and told me it did not have to be weighed.

    As far as I'm aware, that van doesn't need a co2 figure

    I'd ring back and speak to someone else....sounds like she didn't have a clue.

    The road tax for a commercial has nothing to do with the CO2 output so I can't imagine why they would be so interested in it.
