Green/unripe papaya

    Im having trouble sourcing Green/unripe papaya in dublin for a long time now. its the main ingredient in the thai dish, green papaya salad.
    i can get ripe papaya but not unripe. any help appreciated!

    Try the asia market in Drury Street. I have seen them there for the past couple of weeks.

    i love the healthy aspect of it, its one of those foods u can eat as much as you like and tastes amazing :)
    im fed up having to make it with ripe papaya, its just not the same.
