Aldi Online Digital Photo Printing

    Has anyone used Aldi to print digital photos, prices seem good, whats the quaility like?

    I've used them before, quality is fine, standard lab stuff. Not sure I'd use them for a paid job, e.g. family portrait.

    I'd second that. Grand for 'snaps' but not for anything special.

    Ya just want a few 6 x 4 snaps printed, so sounds like it would be ok for that

    The Aldi s/w to upload photos is fairly crappy though. You get what you pay for! :)

    I've got around 150, is it thats it takes ages or just not great to use

    Haven't used it in ages. I just found it clunky to use and the photo sizes are in cm. There's also some kind of compression option which you have to be careful to avoid.

    It can be a bit time consuming doing large amounts (most I did in one go was 100 and I was beginning to lose the will to live around the 89 mark :p ) and can be difficult if you have a few photos with minor differences and are trying to chose the 'right' one as you can only see tiny thumbnail images.
    But for the price it's worth the small hassle.

    I suppose just have the photos you want printed already sorted through, press upload and go do something else for a bit!
