    Hi there,
I'm looking for about sixty lenses with a focal length of 35mm for a secondary school project. I can't afford to buy that many single-use disposable cameras just to salvage them (and it would be a serious waste of all the other parts). Does anyone have any idea where I could get them? I've tried ebay. I live in Cork although I have a brother in Dublin (if anyone had sixty used disposable cameras lying around). Or any other ideas. Thanks in advance. Mods please move this if you think its in the wrong place.

i suspect that the best place to ask is a friendly camera shop; the cameras are disposable, so your average end-user would not have the lenses; they'd send the camera in whole for processing but would only get film & prints back.

Thanks for your quick reply. I imagine you're right. Does anyone happen to know of any such friendly camera shop in Cork. I don't.:o

    You could try:

    http://www.denismacsweeny.com/store/

    or possibly: http://www.barkerphotographic.ie/

Or else get your brother to go to Conns and Gunns etc. in Dublin.

If you want aswell, I can check with Newmans, O'Connors, and Whelans in Limerick for yeh.
