I'm doing my first marathon on Jul 1st. Aiming for under 4hrs and so far training has been going really well. Last wednesday my right gluteal/hamstring was a bit sore after doing 8k sort of fast. I've done 2 more runs since...19k on fri and 6k this morning. There's a bit of soreness there when I'm running and i notice it as well when I'm walking. Its not getting worse but definitely no better. Should I keep running a little bit or just stop all together? Should I go to a phsyio?
