Does anyone know why Jobs.ie won't work? (technical fault)

Every time I hit 'Send Application' the page takes an age to load and then I get that 'no connection' page. I've tried it on two different computers and different browsers as well. Help would be much appreciated Thank You

Agree with it being pretty useless when working. Seems like it's 90% charity jobs/marketing jobs/fake jobs. Probably way off with that assessment but that's how it appears to me.

What are the better alternatives out there?
