bbb track pump refreshing

I've two BBB track pumps that I've cursing and swearing at for the last 4 months or so cos they won't form or maintain a seal. Finally gave in today and bought a joe blow, which is a pleasure to use, you'd nearly look forward to having to pump your tires with it...

Anyway, (apart from the fact that, having now bought a track pump wednesday's CSS special will be a half price Joe Blow) is it possible to repair ageing track pumps? One of em in fairness is only 9 months old, though it was cheap enough and never really any good, but the other one is a more substantial one. If I were to guess I'd say it's just the rubber grommet thing inside that grabs the valve is worn.

Can you buy those bits on their own?

Any BBB dealer can get you replacement heads. My local usually stocks them for 3 or 4 euro or something like that.
