    Hey guys,

Heading out with the girls this evening for a few drinks/food. Some will be eating and other won't. Does anyone have a suggestion of somewhere to go in the city centre which do good food, but also wouldnt mind a few non-eaters. Looking for somewhere casual enough as it will be after work and somewhere where we can have a chat.

    Thanks in advance:)

I find that hotel lounges are often the best for this kind of thing - they are flexible as to who is eating and who is only drinking, and they are generally less packed than pubs.

The Gresham, and Brooks (on Drury St) are both good examples.

The Market Bar would be a good spot I would think, no idea how busy it would be on a Friday evening though anyplace that is actually decent probably is busy!
