Alan Shatter said we would be seeing it introduced early April and certainly no later than easter. No articles about it in the paper, no comment as to what it could entail in it's final draft. It could be very significant for a lot of Irish people and would give some serious real indicators as to the actual condition of the Irish economy. I know it is only a week over but is it being pushed back?

The Houses of the Oireachtas are back next Wednesday but I don't see it on the order of business for the week.

Is it possible to see 2 or 3 weeks business ahead? Again I just find that given the importance of this that the silence has been deafening? However perhaps I am being naive in terms of politicians keeping to previously stated dates and timelines

Anything a politician say should be seen as a vision rather then as a statement of actual intent.
