Cardiac MRI Blackrock

Hi all, New member here. I have my first MRI scan next week in the Blackrock Cardiac Clinic and am more than abit nervous about it! Was just wondering has anyone on here undergone a cardiac MRI scan before? whats to expect from it? small bit claustrophobic....! Thanks :)

If you are claustrophobic get your doctor to give you sedative before hand, it is a long tunnel and you may be in it for 30 minutes with quite loud noises
