Biyang Effects Pedals

Hey guys. Has anyone ever used Biyang effects pedals? I'm looking to buy an overdrive pedal for a dirty channel boost. Was looking at a TS9 (and similar clones) but after a bit of googling I ran across the Biyang OD8 which from what I can see (& hear) is pretty similar but way cheaper.

They also do some other pedals which seem to be praised on some forums but no idea if they're just plants from the manufacturer!

I have a biyang delay which although it has nice sounds and a toggle for 600ms/1100ms, its very heavy on the battery. I barely use it to be honest

Edit: Actually just took it out to review it and it no longer works. So I wouldn't recommend them!

I can heartily recommend the Joyo Ultimate Drive, it's really good. It's not biyang though :(

FWIW the Harley Benton/Thomann pedals are rebranded Joyos. Don't know much about the Biyangs.

Here's the renowned Gearmanndude and his comparison of a Joyo Vintage Drive and a Tubescreamer.
