    Has anyone ordered from http://www.printcartridgedirect.com/

    I placed an order with them over a month ago. I haven't heard anyback back. No response either to emails sent to their sales or customer service email addresses. Due to delay and lack of response, I going to cancel the order (over £1000.

    Are they a genuine outfit or are they rip of merchants? Anyone have any experience with them? Anyone cancel an order in the past with them? Any hassle/delays in getting a refund?
