    does anyone know of someone who can service or repair gas appliances for a commercial kitchen? specifically a large gas cooker?

    I'd assume so, usually they're just normal heat/gas/plumbing guys so will work anywhere.
    All are registered with RGII

    rang a fella from the list. big difference between commercial and domestic and it is strictly regulated.

    so if anyone knows of anyone who does commercial gas appliances then let me know
