Heya, I'm going to be in Philadelphia throughout July and August and obviously need some form of telecommunications while there. I'm currently with meteor bill pay and their rates are €1.72/min which is a bit much. Wondering if there's a cheaper way to make and receive calls while over there. Anybody in a similar situation…

The fella bought a PAYG cheap Nokia in the States, just put the SIM into his unlocked phone; was the easiest and cheapest option.
