    Hi

So basically moved to Dublin a couple months ago, and I'm finding it so hard to fit in and make friends.

I've joined numerous thing including meetup, gym amongst other things, I get talking to people and have a laugh then it fizzles out! Just seems like I fit in no where, not work etc.. Plus meetup.com seems very forced and people are a lot older than me!

How does everyone else make friends so fast? Any advice as to what to do?

    Thanks..

I know exactly what you mean a lot of people I know have emigrated and I do have friends here and there but it feels like I've always had them its difficult to meet new people especially in your first half of your 20s as its easy to get chattin to people and thats about it, you can join clubs but they are definitely a lot older and yes I also joined a gym and I feel your pain! Feel free to PM me I've been in your position and you shouldnt let you get you down, things will change if you've just moved up you're still in a transitional period in your life :)
