rent allowance question

    So I want to take a part time job but just wanted to know if and how this will affect y rent allowance.

    at present myself and partner receive 790rent allowance on a 875p/m house, we each receive 171.30p/w in jsa, i have been looking at part time work 20hrs per week @ 10 euro an hour so 200euro a week

    not bothered if it affects jsa for me but really worried about rent allowance as dont want to loose where we live just because i want to go back to work

    i know the best thing is to go to my cwo and ask but she isnt very nice and dont want to bring myself to her attention unless absolutely necessary, so any help advice appreciated

    MODS I am no running down what cwo does its just mine works in a very socially challenged area and i know people here milk the welfare I am not one but I think she has been working here too long and just thinks everyone is screwing the system so doesnt look at individual cases just tars everyone with the same brush
