deer permision be clear on letters

hi there lads i got a phone call today in relation to my deer application and i was told that i sent in two letters from two farmers new permision and i said on one letter to shoot deer but on my second letter i did not say anything bout deer just permision on his land to shoot so a word of caution tehre lads make sure you dot your i and cross your t's as they say there gone very strict now on all letters
just a heads up lads all the best

Ya they are very particular, two seasons ago all my letters were sent back, telling me to send originals not photocopies, the signatures were in black pen and it took some convincing they were originals, I told them look at the back of page and see the indentations of the signatures from the pen:D, they accepted them.
