    Hey

There should be two separate assignments; a short presentation with the lesson plans etc and then a longer trainer session with an activity planned.

You should have been given an assignment brief for both. Let me know what specifically you need help with and hopefully I'll be able to help you :)

    Hi

Im currently finishing up a train the trainer course at the moment. In my last assignment I have to design a training needs analysis to go with a scheme of work. I have the scheme of work done but Im very confused with the TNA. Im doing it on Communications Level 4. Any advice, help, guidelines etc would be very much appreciated. Thanks!
