    Hi everyone,
Can someone please recommend a Freeview Sat box with a good quality audio output? I've tired a few and I've noticed the quailty varies greatly from brand to brand, (obviously using the same channel as a reference).

    Thanks

Presuming you mean Freesat, and not Freeview, the Humax receivers have optical out and the sound is great from them.

    Hi,
Yes, sorry, Freesat. Optical out - thats interesting. Thanks, I'll look into that.

Works really well for me - optical to amp - gives terrific sound from the HD channels, and grand sound from the others.
