What are peoples opinion on this? Im trying to eliminate it as part of eating less processed food and losing a few pounds.

Ive just read about gluten and its link to depression and anxiety, this would be an added bonus to giving this up. What does everyone think?

I gave it up and feel good, I was just googling gluten free food and it came up as connected to depression and anxiety. Was just wondering what others opinions are of it.

I feel better anyway so I suppose Ill just go on that! Thats interesting Jesyj, Im sure everything helps in making a healthy and happy mind!

I think when someone cuts out gluten it results in a healthier diet.

The healthier diet is probably as much of a reason for feeling better as is the reduced gluten intake.
