Toyota warranty

    Hi, We are looking at heading up to Dublin from Galway with the hope of picking up a second hand Toyota.
    The ones we are looking at have a 12 month toyota warranty, question is would I have to drag it up to Dublin if anything went pear shaped or would a Galway Toyota garage look after the warranty?

    Also I see they say that the warranty can be extended to 24 months. How much does this usually cost? it's a Rav4 we are looking at.

    Best people to ask are the garage but if its a Toyota warranty as opposed to a garage one I don't see the issue.

    If its dealer cover, it'll do in any Toyota garage. Make sure they actually give you dealer cover and not just a garage warranty (you'll get a booklet and stuff to sign) Toyota Dealer Cover is an excellent warranty package.
