Apologies if this has been asked before

I have recently added an extension to my house with kingspan in cavity and insulated slab inside plus triple glazing.

Problem is the existing house built in 2001 just has 100mm cavity with white areoboard and leaving new extension to original house is like going from oven to a fridge.

what is my best option to improve insulation in original house (bungalow)

I was thinking of blown cavity insulation. The questions I have are
    1. What is the best method of above
    2. Have you found it sucessful
    3. What is the cost per sq ft/m
    4. Any recommendations for suppliers in Cork/Limerick/Kerry area

    thanks
