    Hi folks

    I know this has probably been debated to death but I'd like suggestions for the above.

    2008 Mondeo or Mazda 6 seem to be the main choices.

    Renault Laguna but most are 1.5dci's and very underpowered

    Nissan Quashqai but again 1.5dci

    Would an estate be any good?

    Octavia?

    I've no experience but everyone else seems to rate the Mazda6 petrol highly and the Mondeo diesel highly but reverse the fuel types and few recommend them (although the Ford petrol is also very good it's just not popular)

    I recently got a Mondeo 2ltr tdci estate... great cars, great engine. I've the titanium X spec.. It's loaded with everything, highly recommended...
