    Hi all,

Just wondering are these bars ok for paleo, bought one today in a health shop.

Also anyone have any ideas of what you can have if out in a cafe instead of scones, bagels etc? Is it just omelettes & salads?

I'd say no because of the vegetable oil and soya content

Carob powder 30%, non-hydrogenated vegetable fat, soya powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural peppermint oil

Eggs & bacon? or bring your own snacks and just order coffee

You just have to read the ingredients and know whhat to look out for.

In the health food shops the Nak'd bars are ok asfaik, obv. but only as an occasional treat because they are quite a sugar hit from the dried fruit.
