Physiotherapy in Canada Vs the U.K.

As part of my Physiotherapy undergraduate research proposal, I am attempting to compare Canada and the U.K. in terms of health systems, country context and education. Can anyone confirm that physiotherapy programs in Canadian universities are at a Master's level only, meaning applicants must have already completed an undergraduate degree prior to applying?. Also, Canada's Medicare system appears similar to the NHS, both currently experiencing major cutbacks in expenditure, including physiotherapy posts. Any other comparisons would be appreciated.
