I'm confused. Does Vitargo simply help with recovery or if I drink it during training will it give me increased cardio output through ensuring that lactic acid doesnt build up?

From the quick look i had on the vitargo website id say unless you are doing a lot of cardio/endurance work it have much effect on your training. Its a carbohydrate drink/gel so it wont effect lactic acid buildup anyway......it just replaces energy stores lost through exercise.

Like lucozade sport......only trying to be more sciencey

Isnt really much you can do except train to improve your performance or lose some of your muscle mass

beta alanine is what you are looking for. 3-6g dose daily. Like creatine it can take awhile to build up. It acts as a buffer to lactic acid
