    Yes, of course. Tesco go by British law don't they? Its only Irish shops that cant sell it i tink.

    The store goes by the law of the jurisdiction they are in. So, in Ireland, all Tesco stores operate under Irish law. In England they operate under English law, etc, etc. :rolleyes:

    So, within the ROI, they are not permitted to sell alcohol today.
