Hi i am not able to log on to my 02 money account and i dont know why, I have requested a reset password and received it via email but i still cant log in

I find o2 can be hit or miss sometimes when logging on.
Beware of phishing scams as there has been a lot of dodgy texts going around, make sure you are logging onto the correct address, rather than a link emailed to texted to you.
A sign that your account has been compromised is that you cant log on but im not sure is this with just your phone log on or has it affected the o2 money side of things.

Go to the talk to o2 forums and check with them is your best bet

Are you clicking on 02 money before trying to sign in? They have upgraded the site and it's easy to confuse trying to log in to your 02 money and your actual 02 ph bill.
