    Hi guys,

just need some advise on where i stand in work if possible?

ive been working for a company directly for the past year and 10 months, in a couple of months my contract runs out and ive been told that they are not hiring any permanent staff any more.

I was told by them that after 2 years they legally have to hire me permanent or say goodbye.

My question is this, if i go through an agency and basically re interview for my job, am i legally allowed to work for the company again straight after them letting me go or does there have to be a period where i am not allowed to continue working for them.

hope this makes sense and any help on this would be great.
    Ful
