Ok sure someone has asked this novice question before but 44 pages of results is a bit much to wade through. :D Caroline Ryan success at the World Championship highlights once again the ability to switch from rowing to track cycling. Sinead Jennings is currently another Irish cyclist to move from rowing and GB Rebecca Romero enjoyed success at the highest level in both sports. So why do rowers make such good track cyclists? Is this trend just confined to females? And has anyone enjoyed success in reverse, switching from cycling to rowing?
